On 22 September this year, the Security Market 2020 Conference and Exhibition, the Hungarian security trade show celebrated its 7th anniversary. The event was hosted by GAMMA Technical Co. on its premises. The organizer of the event was Róbert Radványi, editor-in-chief of https://biztonsagpiac.hu/ magazine, whose dedicated work and strong cooperation have led to more and more people visiting the event. Speaker lineup were senior officials from law enforcement and security agencies on the end-user part and representatives of the Economic and Scientific Council on the industry part. The conference was divided into several panels with podium conversations, during which companies in the public and private security sectors held presentations of their products during their breaks. Here, interested parties were able to meet drones equipped with ever better reconnaissance capabilities, perimeter defense, area protection radars, personal protection technologies, Hungarian-developed defense and law enforcement troop transport vehicles and disaster management developments.
The event was opened by Dr. Romulus Ruszin, Deputy State Secretary for Human Policy of the Hungarian Army. The topics of podium talks include the achievements of the military and defence industries between 2010-2020, its future role, the situation of IT innovations, data protection, information security trends between 2010 and 2020, and the review of the private security sector over the past ten years.
